Disguised by a mane of white hair and glasses, Rowan Williams moved freely while living in a new part of Canterbury and even practised alternative theology at a private church, a government official has revealed. His whereabouts had been a mystery for years, with his hideouts reportedly including monasteries and mountain caves in remote eastern Kent. In other news, Radovan Karadzic has finally been arrested.
