The photo is of Bob Duncan, a noted Episcopal conservative and the Bishop of Pittsburgh. People suspect that he is trying to lead his Diocese out of the church. It's been reported that the Diocese of Fort Worth, under Jack Iker, has already made moves to secede; a secession resolution will be passed at their current Diocesan Convention and ratified at the next one. It has to be both passed and ratified by consecutive Conventions to take effect.
